LOANS
VA LOANS
VA loans are mortgages guaranteed by the Department of Veteran Affairs. These loans offer military veterans exceptional benefits, including low-interest rates and no down payment requirement.
FHA LOANS
FHA home loans are mortgages that are insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), allowing borrowers to get low mortgage rates with a minimal down payment.
JUMBO LOANS
A Jumbo mortgage is a plus-size home loan weighing in at a dollar amount above what are called the conforming loan limits for any mortgage more than $453,100.
CONVENTIONAL LOANS
A conventional/conforming loan is especially good for first-time borrowers with decent credit and some amount of down payment. The minimum accepted credit score for most conventional loans is 620.
15 YEAR
FIXED LOANS
The loan will be paid off in 15 years with less interest because the course of payment is shorter.
30 YEAR
FIXED LOANS
Borrowers pay off the mortgage in 30 years. Interest will be more over the life of the loan compared to a 15-year fixed, BUT monthly payments will be lower.
NON-QM
LOANS
A non-QM loan is not inherently high-risk, nor is it subprime. It is simply a loan that doesn’t fit into the complex rules associated with QM.
